Pedregal Tannat Merlot Cabernet   Tannat 40% Merlot 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Red wine   Tasting Note Attractive dark ruby colour which spreads prune aroma Elegant body with velvety and silky tannins It shows an intense fruit expression with a rich aftertaste.   Vinification Manual harvest and careful selection of bunches Vinification by “assemblage” of the 3 varieties Maceration during 15 days Fermentation temperature 24ºC Malolactic fermentation Aged in American oak during 6 month The wine is bottled without cold stabilization in order to keep its qualities untouched, so that after sometimes small natural substances may appear, but they do not affect the sensory quality of the wine.   Ideal to match with red meat, pastas with different sauces, soft cheeses and parma ham   Service temperature   16º -18ºC
